Meet Ashley.
With over 15 years in the beauty industry and 9 years as a salon owner, I’ve poured my heart into building Ashley Lauren Beauty Lounge into what it is today—an award-winning salon and home to an incredible, supportive team. As the lead makeup artist and founder of our nationally recognized bridal team, I’m passionate about creating unforgettable beauty experiences both in the salon and on-location for weddings and events.
I believe deeply in the power of a positive workplace, strong teamwork, and continued growth—for both myself and my stylists. Whether I’m behind the chair, perfecting bridal glam, or mentoring new artists, my goal is always to uplift, empower, and bring out the best in those around me.
Outside of the beauty world, I’m a proud boy mom to three amazing sons. Family time keeps me grounded and inspired, and it’s what fuels my passion for creating a career that supports balance, joy, and connection.

Stylist
With 14 years in the beauty industry, I specialize in lived-in color that feels effortless, natural, and grows out beautifully—all while prioritizing the health of your hair. I’m passionate about creating a positive, welcoming space where clients feel cared for and stylists feel supported. Encouraging newer stylists and contributing to an uplifting salon culture means just as much to me as creating beautiful hair. While I’m not on the bridal team, I do enjoy styling updos—and I love the creativity and transformation that comes with haircutting, too. Outside the salon, I recharge with sunshine, good music, and quality time with my husband and son—with mental wellness always top of mind.

Stylist
Doing hair has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue something that helped people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Being behind the chair is my happy place—where creativity flows and calm settles in. When I’m not working my magic in the salon, you’ll likely find me sipping an extra dirty martini, enjoying time with family and friends, exploring new places with my husband, or snapping way too many photos of our four-year-old Boston Terrier, Gracie (and yes, she knows she’s the star of the show).

Salon & Bridal Stylist
I’m Marissa! I’ve been a stylist now for the last 5 years but have been in the industry for over 10 years. I love all things hair but I’ve fallen in love with bridal styling, I love being part of someone’s special day and making them feel relaxed and beautiful (party pony tails are kinda my thing) I’m extremely camera shy but The Reel Girl talk ladies are slowly getting me out of my shell! When I’m not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my 5 year old niece or binge reading books!

Hi! I'm Mia, the newest junior stylist here at Ashley Lauren Beauty Lounge. I graduated beauty school in 2019. I’ve always loved hair and makeup. I’m all about fun. Salon Coordinator & Makeup Artist
Samantha is the Salon Coordinator and a seasoned Makeup Artist at Ashley Lauren Beauty Lounge, where she has been a part of the award-winning bridal team for over 11 years. With a career rooted in beauty and wellness, Samantha began her journey by graduating from cosmetology school in 2007 and later expanded her expertise by earning her aesthetics license in 2013. Known for her passion for enhancing natural beauty, Samantha brings warmth, professionalism, and a meticulous eye to every client experience.
