  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, Ashley Lauren Beauty Lounge reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
  • Due to the high demand for appointments, a valid credit card is now required for all consultations and appointments in salon.
  • A cancellation without 48 hrs notice will result in 50% of booked services charged to your credit card.
  • A “No-Show” will result in 100% of booked services charged to your credit card.
  • You MUST call the salon or email to cancel.
  • No refunds; prices subject to change.
